An Aurora in Lapland

One year ago, I decided to make a dream come true: Becoming an Aurora Hunter in Lapland...

And I made it!

I came to live in Lapland in 2024 as a wilderness guide in order to guide visitors through the stunning lappish landscapes.

But what truly drove me to Father Christmas's homeland was Northern Lights.

La longue nuit polaire m'offre d'amples opportunités de les observer et de les photographier.

Leurs yeux émerveillés chaque fois que ces voiles de lumière se mettent à danser sur la voûte céleste sont mon plus grand bonheur !

Head in the stars

Having lived in a big city all my life, I decided in 2022 to embrace my passion for astronomy and photography by becoming an astrophotographer.

Equipped with my telescops and cameras, I take night photos of asters, nebulas, galaxies, like the Great Orion Nebula (m42) on the right !

Every tuesdays in July and August, I organise observation nights in the south of France, and in September 2025, I will start doing so in Lapland as well !

My four-legged friend

In this adventure, I'm not alone!

Here is Noctis, my little four-legged companion who follows me everywhere, and discovered snow for the first time this winter !

This 4 year-old big boy is my lens' favourite model!
